The property is good. Staff trying their best but the problem is with the management. I believe it's a new hotel. They can improve lot specially at management in short. Please build a strong management team.

The property was the relief to our eyes on the 訂房網站. The property was extremely well maintained. The hospitality and the way the staff helped us out for everything be it booking cabs, getting us medicines from shops at odd hours, preparing food for hours beyond lunch hours, fetching hot water to refreshments at any time of the day was beyond any other amenity of the resort. The food was very good and also the pricing was reasonable. Be it the manager “supriya” or the staff they always had a smile on their face while helping us out. Supriya, helped us for all our cab bookings and because of her the cab bookings were done at a reasonable price and it always felt like home around her. Overall, it was a 5star experience and i know that noblest-ride resort is where i am gonna stay the next time i am in gangtok.

The location of the resort is good and food was also good. However, the hospitality and the behaviour of the staff members were beyond excellent. I loved staying here and will definitely stay here again in my next visit. Thanks for your excellent service. Furthermore, they also performed cultural dance for us and made us very comfortable.

Well let’s start from the tym of checkin it was really smooth checkin the front office was very polite very humble and very professional, the room was far better then the image shown on the site, we got all the aminities and every possible thing which has to be provided by them, staff was very friendly and even the food was up to the mark, we stayed for three nyt and we felt luk we are staying in our home…very nice and clean place and I recommend every one of travelling there go and stay there, these ppl made our stay super osim with there humbleness…these ppl are doing osim work and they are boosting the hotel industry by providing this kind of service…keep the hard work going guys…god bless the entire team…

Noblest-ride resort is an awesome place, very aloof from the noise and hustle of the city. Very good for families wanting to stay away from the crowd in the lap of the mountains surrounded by greenery. The support staff, especially deepika, is very helpful.

Firstly, there was lack of hot water in the bathroom secondly, no installation of extra bed in the room even after asked. Thirdly, no buffet for breakfast, they have mentioned about breakfast that it starts by 8. But actually the hotel staff arrives hotel at 8 and later the breakfast is cooked making it way too late. Fourthly, noone to respond for housekeeping. Called several times for towel but no response amd later when asked at reception they say no towels left. Very poor experience
